Paige is located a few miles past McDade, past the junction of hwys. 21 and 290 in Bastrop County. The community of Paige has been in existence since the late 1800’s and was mainly a farming community. This was and still is a close knit community where residents know each other and are involved in local activities. Paige is served by Bastrop ISD. This is scenic countryside away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Elgin, Giddings and Bastrop are not far away if you find yourself in need of a little entertainment or shopping. For those looking for more, Austin is about an hours drive.
